ANNEXED follows an oddball young girl (the Conqueror) during the founding days of her new empire. Shortly after invading the quiet park, two local police officers arrive to stop her. The officers, Pete and Dave, prove no match to her combat abilities and are captured. The following morning, Pete makes the realization that the Conqueror cannot be stopped. He and Dave begin training under her, forming the first national guard to her new nation.
