SYNOPSIS
JON AVERY, a 35-year-old workaholic, discovers what happens when you die. After an unexpected incident that lands him in the hospital, Jon suffers sudden heart failure and finds himself trapped inside of his own mind. Unable to escape, he’s forced to confront his innermost fears, regrets and beliefs.
