SYNOPSIS

A $1 house? Detroit, once home to America’s greatest ruins like Michigan Central Station is now the comeback story of the century. Between 1910-1960 Detroit became known as the richest cities in the world. When the main industry left town so did 2 million white people and Detroit’s narrative shifted to its’ post industrial ruins. So what about the people who chose to stay? A documentary film 20 years in the making.
