SYNOPSIS
Runaways is a mystery-thriller set in the US-Mexico border town of Nogales, Arizona; a town defined by its connection to the current border conflict debate. Our story follows polar-opposite sisters Rachel and Danielle who suddenly become fugitives, traveling with a caravan of migrants after being framed for the murder of their own mother by the their stepfather, Sheriff Frank McKay.
